We design & develop Syringe Assembly Machines to suit the typical application of assembling the syringes for syringe manufacturers. This machine allows users to assemble multiple syringes at a time along with checking the needle tightening torque.
Operators load the syringes on respective jigs and fix the needle on the top punch, then press the start switch. The pneumatic cylinder moves down and the motor rotates the needles on the drum within the desired limit. If the torque is found within limits, the system indicates an OK/NG signal separately for each of the safety syringes.
