Assembly Line for Wheel Carrier

This assembly line is designed for carrying a spare wheel in Toyota vehicles. The system allows smooth and efficient wheel replacement during main wheel failure, ensuring reliability and reducing vehicle downtime. It is a fully integrated solution with advanced safety and control systems.

Station #1

Station 1 is equipped with an electronic controller, greasing fixtures for wheel chain, plate drive, gear, shaft drive, and case hanger. It includes three sub-assembly fixtures and a washer fitment fixture mounted on a plated and buffed aluminum profile table. Pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, air regulators, reed switches, and multiple sensors are used to ensure precision and safety.

Station #2

This station includes a rivet feeder, vacuum sucker for rivet picking, and a dual spindle riveting machine. It also has a manual chain assembly fixture, chain length maintaining setup, and an electric screwdriver system. Safety guards, curtain sensors, and electronic controllers enhance operational accuracy and safety during production.

Station #3 (EOL)

The End-of-Line station features an electronic controller with PC connectivity, mechanical fixture, load cell, aleem guide, pneumatic cylinders, and solenoid valves. It is designed for final inspection, testing, and validation to ensure each assembly meets the required quality standards before dispatch.
